Hive Technology Group was created to help organizations bring the different pieces of their technology ecosystem together — people, systems, vendors, infrastructure, security, and processes — so they operate as one connected environment. After years of working across service desks, cloud environments, federal programs, IT infrastructure, vendor management, and technology operations, our founder saw how often organizations struggle not because they lack technology, but because their technology lacks structure. We exist to change that.

Quanxavior D. Bottoms is the Founder of Hive Technology Group, bringing more than 13 years of experience in information technology, enterprise operations, IT service management, and technology consulting. His career has evolved from hands-on technical support into enterprise technology leadership and strategic consulting — including supporting environments for the Department of Justice and Department of Defense, administering AWS and Microsoft 365 environments across dozens of federal contracts, and leading IT operations across more than 140 geographically dispersed locations.
That progression gave him a perspective that extends beyond simply fixing technology. He understands how technology connects to people, processes, budgets, vendors, customer experience, and business growth. He founded Hive Technology Group around a simple idea: businesses should be able to rely on their technology without technology becoming a distraction from running their business. The name Hive reflects that philosophy — just as a hive functions through coordination and interconnected systems, the strongest technology environments are built when every component works together toward the same business objective.
